Warranty and Purchase Policy

Warranty Policy for CableWarden Casing

This warranty policy (the "Policy") pertains to the CableWarden casing (the "Product"), designed for Toyota Hybrid models (the "Vehicles"). It outlines the warranty terms provided by 9170-1714 Québec Inc. (the "Seller").

Warranty Coverage

The Seller guarantees the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. If a defect arises during the warranty period, you may request a repair or replacement under the terms outlined below.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation or use.
- Damage from neglect, abuse, or misuse.
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
- Natural disasters like fires, floods, or earthquakes.
- Damage from third-party products or components.
- Any damage to Vehicles or other property caused by the Product.
- Costs for labor involved in installation or removal.
- Transportation to and from the service center.

Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or damage to property, resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

Arbitration

Disputes under this Policy will be settled through binding arbitration per the commercial arbitration organization agreed upon by the parties.

Claim Limit

The maximum compensation under this Policy is capped at $350, regardless of location.

Proper Use

The Product must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Improper use may invalidate the warranty.

Claims Process

To initiate a repair or replacement, contact the Seller within 15 days of discovering the defect, providing proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The Seller will assess your claim and, if valid, will repair or replace the Product.

Warranty Cancellation

Installation of the Product may void your vehicle's manufacturer warranty. The Seller assumes no liability for any such warranty voidance.

Amendments

The Seller may modify this Policy by updating the version posted on its website.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and installing the Product, you accept these terms.
